Loving this pelvis book

The Female Pelvis Anatomy and Exercises by Blandine Calais-Germain.depth of pelvis

I have a bedside table full of Pilates books, this one is fantastic.

The drawings are multi dimensional, the exercises are realistic and her content is useful and very relevant to the work we do. Best Pelvis book I have seen. Pgs 14-25 must read.

Day of Pilates fun

Powernouse Pilates has moved to Balgowlah, from it’s long term home in Manly. In order to make a big splash celebrating the relocation, the Pilates supacentre as it’s affectionately known, is offering a day of free classes and appointments, allowing you to test their wares and go where you may not have gone before on the exercise front.
