Pilates supersized

Our first Pilates Supa Centre has arrived in Sydney. The hardworking Cat of Polestar fame, has just opened a two storey warehouse of funhouse for the Pilates devotee.

Powernouse, now in Balgowlah offers a multitude of classes and toys to play with, inc Gyro, Power plate and Exo chair classes.

How you have managed to make a killing in teaching Pilates and develop fantastic training programs as well just amazes me, well done to you and your team.

Pilates on Coogee Beach, early…

In order to get our mugs in front of 30 front line breast care nurses, Fiona Eakin and I got up and happening this week and taught a Pilates class on the sand, a first for me, and them I’m sure.

Fionas’ DVD (assisting breast surgery recovery with Pilates) is in the developmental stages and she was able to share her vision with this group of nurses, the very people that are speaking to our target audience every day.
