Well, just me actually. I have so much to share this time I don’t know where to start. So briefly, just wanted to say how much I am enjoying this blog, I really appreciate the comments and feedback, and feel so chuffed to be a part of a community such as you. Fixing my own knee pain – the Pilates way
I wanted to share how I have stopped some knee pain I was having, by consulting a health professional, as well as applying my own Pilates knowledge, something we are blessed with when it comes to assisting with pain.
The background – I have a S shaped scoli, long history of LBP and SIJ pain, but I now manage that all well with my Pilates knowledge and twice weekly Yoga practice. I am 44 and began two fitness classes a week about 6 months ago, involving running and squats, more than I had done before. Continue reading…
