Recently I have been trying to find a provider of Pilates equipment to give us advice on how to maintain our equipment. Someone knowledgeable to provide us with little tips for things to consider in keeping our equipment safe and lasting as long as possible.

All you need is a strong door frame from which to attach this, and you are in Pilates mode. Slastics like those on the Exo chair are secured into a closed door and either foot/hand straps or a bar can be attached for your workout. Seen here in action.
