Hopefully, this article excerpt is preaching to the converted. Here are some reminders about simple ways to keep your clients happy, and make them feel special. Another one I would add is not to offload your baggage and mood of the day onto the client in front of you. Yes, I have seen it done, and that is not what they come for. I try to keep my clients sessions as ‘emotionally neutral’ as I can and therefore let them set the tone.
