Here I am 4 weeks into my almost 6 week tour of the US with my family, squeezing in as much Pilates as I can. I have been to 4 studios across 3 cities so far, New York, Seattle and Portland. Hopefully, this article excerpt is preaching to the converted. Here are some reminders about simple ways to keep your clients happy, and make them feel special. Another one I would add is not to offload your baggage and mood of the day onto the client in front of you. Yes, I have seen it done, and that is not what they come for. I try to keep my clients sessions as ‘emotionally neutral’ as I can and therefore let them set the tone.
