Welcome to the first post for 2011.
Here I am 4 weeks into my almost 6 week tour of the US with my family, squeezing in as much Pilates as I can. I have been to 4 studios across 3 cities so far, New York, Seattle and Portland. Of course, the anatomy trains article ahead of it is right up our alley too.
