An excellent brief review of some research on tennis elbow, or lateral epicondylitis came through from Rick K’s blog this week. He talks about three research papers on tennis elbow, which of course can come from a variety of causes.

The good to know bullet points it seems are; forearm self massage is really helpful, neck issues affect tennis elbow (der) and stretching isn’t really that helpful, but strengthening is. Franklin ball massage along the arm is a real winner and my clients are always thrilled with the results extending beyond the arm, into neck and shoulder.

Those computers really are not good for our health, they are filling our studios though!
