According to research coming out of Chicago labelled as ‘the best study of exercise in asymptomatic women that we have’, there is a new formula for calculating a woman’s maximum heart rate during exercise. They way I read it, it seems to work out a little lower than before.

The drawings are multi dimensional, the exercises are realistic and her content is useful and very relevant to the work we do. Best Pelvis book I have seen. Pgs 14-25 must read.

Powernouse Pilates has moved to Balgowlah, from it’s long term home in Manly.
