This is one of my favourite ways to do extension movements in Pilates. Allows you to feel grounded in the feet, gives a great reference point for your pelvic stability and allows you to focus just on the upper back. The only cue I would add is try to extend the spine by lifting from the sternum, forward and up, and encourage your client to keep chin gently tucked in. Love the gluteal fold part.
