Here are the details on the first batch of CEC accruing APMA workshops for 2010

Feb 13 – Spring Pilates in North Sydney hosts Francine St George, Physiotherapist, covering the latest research on teaching stability exercises for clients with low back or hip pain, while Melbourne offers a Raphael Bender workshop on the business matters of running Pilates studios. This one is a unique offering and will be of great interest to those of us that wish to sell our services, without selling our soul.

Mar 13 – Breathing, a psychological perspective faciliated by Rebecca Sheedy. This one is hosted in Balmain, NSW.

Mar 20 – Multifidus, the misunderstood muscle facilitated by Rebecca Harding, Physiotherapist and Pilates Practitioner of 13 years. A real time ultrasound will be used as a visual aid for learning purposes.
