Hear the author interviewed in 2007 on the Pilates podcast with Heidi Miller.

**** When you are looking through a website and you find old, outdated material what impression does it leave you with? I recently had a potential Pilates client/friend tell me when she looked at a local studios’ website that had workshops still listed from 2007, she saw that as a negative and moved on. I agree, if the business owner can’t see the importance of maintaining the first, and perhaps only impression I get of that business, I am left feeling disappointed. First impressions and all that!
