What are your favourite cues for helping clients connect to pelvic floor? I have a few, some that make ‘em blush, others that make ‘em smile. This is an area I love teaching, fraught with misunderstanding, lack of awareness and mystique. I have stumbled across these resources quite by accident as I have researched other topics.
