Lots of us were there moving through that early morning Towelwork class with James McKoy at the last APMA conference, and the conference before that Ron Fletcher himself was in the house! Have you experienced the Fletcher Pilates approach?
Recent Fletcher workshop promotions coming from James McKoy in Melbourne have indicated that some Sydney certification workshops are possible, if there is enough interest. It would be great to have that happen and wondered if we could create a ground swell through Pilates Scene to bring it to life.
