Put together by American Physio, Suzanne Martin. She presented at the recent Body Mind Expo but I didn’t attend her sessions, would have loved to though! Her Scoliosis DVD’s are really good too, more on them another time.

75 minutes long and aimed at our clients, it is a clear and useful way to help people learn about upper body movement, breathing, abdominals and is designed to help with pain states. Exercises are provided with great guidance and demonstration.
The Pelvic Core: More Exercise for a Pain Free Life
90 minutes long, focuses on 24 balancing exercises to help low back and pelvic pain, knee problems, and post-pregnancy restoration. This is an excellent video to help clients gain smaller muscle strength that can help them regain larger muscle activities such as biking, running, and dancing. 
I ordered these through her website and they were delivered quickly and with no fuss. If you are interested to see a Physios’ take on combining pre-Pilates technique with therapy ideas, this one will be of interest. These would be perfect to lend to a client that needed help with this work, easy to follow at home and very safe.
