Fletcher Floorwork® ~ 24-25 October
GRAHAM FLOOR TECHNIQUE coupled with Pilates movement principles
forms the basis of the Fletcher Floorwork program. Emphasis is on
spinal articulation, precision and quality of movement.
This was just one of the things available, participation in ‘Teaser’ sessions is encouraged too, some available in Melbourne and some in Sydney, Ultimo to be exact.
