You can subscribe to this podcast through iTunes for the Mac users, or you can also try searching on ‘pilates podcast’ in your favourite browser like Yahoo etc.

Our next contender is the podcasts from Peak Pilates. Recent entries include ‘Working with obese clients’,  ’Starting a new business’ and ‘Simplicity’. ‘Working with variations’ and ‘Active aging’ are of interest too.

Ultimatepilatesworkouts.com created by K and K Corp, twin sisters from Pilates on Fifth NYC, now includes podcasts containing workout material. If you want to sit and play without a computer screen at the ready, you can follow the instructions to load these pocasts onto your mp3 player, or you can watch them on your computer screen too. Running at around two minutes each these are quick moments of exercise with a picture to follow along. Today, there were 93 exercises listed for you to watch on your computer screen and/or download into iTunes.  Enjoy!
